“Dancing is for everyone and it is the Sport that never ends!”
It’s the activity for every one of all ages; a great way to meet someone who shares the same interest; promotes self-confidence; exercising while having fun with someone; and it incorporates everything you need for a healthy life:
a) helps exercise the body (the heart);
b) challenges your brain (moving your legs requires concentration);
c) dancing with someone (bonding with loved ones brings meaning and joy to our lives;
d) promotes longevity.
Dancing is your mind and body working together; it is physical and it keeps you youthful.

ASK YOURSELF:When is the last time your partner stared at you for 50 minutes. Women love to be held and one (.50) minute lesson per week will not harm anyone. Dance lessons take less time than going out to dinner or to the movies and it is that special thing that you can do for the rest of your life is to DANCE. People give up golf, tennis, running and other sport activities, but “Dancing is the Sport that never ends”.
